Clinical Experience

Grape has been reported to cause oral allergy syndrome, exercised induced asthma and anaphylaxis. The etiology has been confirmed with skin prick testing, specific IgE and challenge tests (1-3). Patients who complain of symptoms suggesting anaphylaxis should be tested for grapes (1).
