Representative antigens from 5 antigen groups have been tested. Each sample has been assayed in 3 replicates on totally 18 different occasions using the same lot of antigen, performed with3 ImmunoCAP 100 instruments using stored calibration curves.The samples have been diluted by the ImmunoCAP 100 instrument.The coefficient of variation (%) for sample dilution is approx. 4% and is included in the coefficients of variation shown above.
